About This Course
The Diesel Engine Mechanics course trains students to service and repair diesel engines used in tractors, trucks, generators, and construction equipment — the backbone of Nepal's agriculture, transport, and infrastructure sectors.
Diesel mechanics are consistently in demand. Trained technicians earn well in Nepal and abroad, particularly in the Gulf where construction equipment fleets require constant maintenance.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this related to the motorcycle mechanics course? There is some overlap in engine theory, but diesel engines are heavier, more complex, and used in different applications. They are separate qualifications.
What is the earning potential abroad? Diesel mechanics in Qatar and UAE typically earn NPR 80,000–150,000/month depending on equipment type and experience.
